Best car insurance with no No Claims

Due to incidents beyond my control I now in theory have No No Claims Bouses, I've had 4 people crash into me over the last four years I even brought a bright Red car so people can see me!

I should have 5 years no claims but as two of the incidents are not settled my insurance company won't release my claims.

Anyone know of a good insurance company? cheapest quote I have is £1,400:eek: this is with First Cental and the Go compare confused etc have come in with them being the cheapest.

Also if I take out a policy then in 6 mths get my no claims will they refund me money? technically my insurance should be around £800 mark (Joys of owning a sports car for you!) will they refund the £600 differnce once I get my no claims? all ball park figures of course............

Lots to think about before going down the cheap 1st central route. There's a reason why they (seem) cheap!

Check them out on the net and read this thread in the insurance forum:

Did you not claim for rising insurance costs from the first accidents that have been settled?
I thought that was the norm these days.

Oh I did not know of this! I did however ring my Solicitor this morning and mentioned to him my insurance has now had a grand addd to it. He informed me as the woman who crashed into me has not accepted libility and I still have whiplash (it bloody hurts no physo to date) we cannot start court procedings.

How does one go about claiming for rising costs?

Talk to your solicitor and he will explain why you cannot claim for increased premiums following a claim where a third party is liable.
