These ran a competition for a Nexus tablet 2/3 weeks ago and nobody had found it. I spent ages looking through and didn't find it anywhere. Hubby searched for when the pages were last updated and found where it was from that and e-mailed them, it had been running for days and no one had found it. It was basically hidden out of view - you had to zoom right out (who the hell zooms looking for something?) or have a screen that is gigantic to see it. Apparently within 10 minutes of him finding it and e-mailing them the link, 5 other people had found it too and he wasn't the first. Seems very suspicious to me - probably wouldn't waste your time with it.Comping since 2010 :j Won lots of lovely goodies & experiences I couldn't have afforded :T

Several found it at the end because of the obvious last clue. All this has since been verified by the IPM who have gone through our website logs. For your confidence, we will now be fully verified and monitered by IPM and Compliance for future competitions. Thank you for taking part though we really want you guys to have fun with these. We aim to take the frustration out of these little treasure hunts (re: having to zoom out to find it) we got a few complaints that some people don't know how to zoom out or can't (from iPhone etc). We will learn from that. We are also getting great advice from IPM on running these competitions smoothly.

Any inappropriate posts or any issues that take up a disproportionate amount of resources or make it a worse place to be will be stopped at our discretion - with or without explanation. No one pays to use this site; when there are issues, we pay to resolve them. Sometimes we need to prioritise spending money on the site, other issues or better resources.Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto. Remember, the prime aim is to help provide info and resources. If you don’t like someone, their situation, their question or feel they’re intruding on ‘your board’ then please bite the bullet and think of the bigger issue. A Guardian article once "doffed its cap" to this forum as being the one place where consumers can collect together and fight back. Our job is to help keep it that way.
