Buyers submitting 'best offers' then not paying!

Twice this month I have had items for sale on 'buy it now' with a best offer option.
Both buyers have subitted best offers which were automatically accepted due to my price settings but have never paid me!
So frustrating, why do they do it?!?!?!? They must have physically been sitting at their PC to press the button so why not pay!!!
I have had to open greivances now and fortunately got my fee's back but its so annoying!
Does this happen to anyone else or did I just have an unlucky month ? x

I currently have one of these. Best offer accepted on 17th, still waiting for payment.
I also have one non-paying bidder case open, and another pending. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

what really annoys me is when an item is Buy It Now or Best Offer. Lets say the BIN price is 5.50 and I offer 4.50 which is refused. Then upon contact with the seller they're only going to accept 5.45 for it. Who'd offer 5p less?? I've come across this a few times now. Why bother with the Best Offer option at all??
