finally won esa support a quick question

i have finally won my esa support .for 6 months what happens after that .and do i need to still send sick notes in to dwp.

yes they will send u another form after 1 year to fill again
this is what happend to me Iam in support group for 1 year now and have received a week ago a new form and have just finished it today and will send it back tomorrow to Atos healthcare0 -

The length of award is not the same for everyone, it can vary from 3 months up to 3 years at least. The OP has indicated that their award should be reassesed in around 6 months time.0 -

Everyone must be assessed every 3 years.
However, some will be lucky enough to be assessed, and on the basis of the papers they hold found entitled for a further period without needing to do anything else.
Of course, people on income-related ESA now stand a good chance of being converted over to universal credit before then.
As others have said - no notes required unless you have to appeal a later decision that you're not entitled to benefit at all.0 -
Just a word of note.. if you've won the award via appeal tribunal I would continue to supply the sicknotes until the DWP process the tribunal result... otherwise as above... no longer required."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
