Not sure if this has been posted before but if you go to https://www.homecheck.co.uk, put in the postcode of the property you want to buy it will tell you about crime rates, pollution, school, landfill sites, flooding and more (just heard it being talked about on radio 2). Unfortunately does not cover Scotland and NI. Have checked it out and looks quite good :beer:
