Shower door pivot or bi-fold

About to get a new shower enclosure and wondered if there is any difference in waterproofness between a pivot door or a bi-fold door -- particularly long term when plastic / rubber seals start to wear
Having looked through the forum, I will probably go for a Twyford Geo 6 enclosure but wasn't sure if the doors were different (apart from the obvious)
Thanks

they will all seal if fitted correctly, a pivot door will normally open out so water will drip on the floor, a bi-fold opens in so it saves that from happening but you have to make sure you have room to fit it.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
in the simplist of terms, the pivot door has less moving parts = less things to go wrong. Really depends on what you prefer and what fits best in your bathroom. I recently installed a pivot screen and it's fine0
