Orange 'Free' Broadband

just read a letter that i rec'd about a year ago when i moved house and took orange bb with me.
it says that i'm on the "simply broadband" package. anyone know the in's and out's of this. are they stopping this package in particular or other "free bb" packages.
i still haven't had my letter of disconnect so i'm wondering if i'm on some different package. my bt line rental is up for renewal on the 3rd too so am wondering what to do...0 -

I have been told so many different tales from Orange i doubt even they know. Its just a wait and see game. I suggest you dont renew your LRS for the foreseeable future as its 100% none refundable after 7 days.0 -

I was contacted by Orange today as I have cancelled my direct debit and went through the saga yet again. Transferred me to Exec Office who said I would be called by specialist team but not sure when.
I then phoned of on to add to my complaint and they were useless. Then phoned CISAS and was told that I could take it further after 8 weeks of initial complaint. As I complained about something else a month earlier they have said that I take it from that date.
Also you need to keep a log of everything as you can go for compensation and at the moment I have spent over 8 hours on the phone re broadband and another 8-10 hours on my other complaint. When the specialist team phone I will be telling them this and that if the CISAS agree with the consumer there is nothing Orange can do.0 -
