no signal on freesat

evening all ,i am having trouble with my freesat box i cant get any signal on the reciever i put a sat finder on the dish and i am get a full signal so i would asume the lnb is ok any ideas anyone.;)

You've got a sat finder - good. Try using it at the TV end instead of at the dish - this will tell you if you've got a problem with the cabling somewhere. Is the cable long?

What type of receiver is it? I had the same problem, I was using a goodmans freesat box and I borrowed a friends old sky box and used that to find the satellite signal ( sky boxes seem to be more sensitive when it comes to finding and picking up satellite singnals ) after I had the singal and I was all set up I swapped the receivers back around , gave my friend back their sky box and continued to use my goodmens receiver , happy days
But in saying that from what you said in your post it does suggest this issue has just started happening ( in other words your dish , lnb and sat- box were all set up and working fine untill just recently so maybe if you could borrow a friends sat-box if possible that will tell you if it's a problem with sat-box or maybe a damaged cable, my earlier advice was what I did when setting up my box and dish.
