We are currently upgrading all of our IT systems to a new platform. The new system will allow customers to choose any date in the month from the 1st to the 28th. A small proportion of our customers currently opt to have their direct debits taken on the 29th, 30th or 31st. As the new system will not allow these dates, we are writing to all affected customers and advising that we will change their DD date. No payments will be taken earlier than planned so if a customer was expecting their payment to be taken on the 30th of the month, we will now request it on the 1st of the following month. If this date is not suitable, we’re happy to change it to any date between the 1st and the 28th – just give us a call and we’ll take care of everything for you.
