can someone give me rough/average costs for these property renovations

Hi I am thinking of buying a new house in yorkshire and need to calculate the costs for several improvements, can someone please give me a rought idea for these improvement for a standardish 3 bed semi.
total house re wire
7 fairly standard windows in upvc.
New central heating system (although it has a new bolier so just the pipes / raidiators.)
Just any rough ideas or what people have paid recently.

UPVC Windows - assuming you want them fitted - probably around £2k odd. There seemed to be a huge drive on selling upvc windows until recently, now you wouldn't know the still make them.
CH system excluding boiler - around £1500
