So this incident happened 6 months ago and all you are wanting is some form of explanation and apology?
Has the incident been resolved? Is your account functioning within normal parameters? What is it about Santander and the 123 account you like?
If your account is now fine and the issue resolved then seriously just get on with your life and forget it, what else do you want from them? They obviously do not care about you.
If you feel annoyed by them then move elsewhere, however after 6 months down the line you are still with them so something of theirs must appeal to you?0 -

Some people still have the original A&L accounts (rebadged but they still work in the same way (eg deposits at post offices)) and its quite possible that they have recently converted them to a Santander 123 CA.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment.
