My point entirely, closed.I will stick with favs, until they dream more protection up, it,s a headache having to use key twice every time I move money to new a/cs got .them many keys for different banks, like fort knox;:beer:

I remember you/I/et.al and hsbc rep, having a heated discussion on here regarding Rapport,long time ago; same applied over favs.
They talk down to you as if you must obey.
Upem, is my attitude;Funnily enough , just checked, the original enquiry, money transfer aint gone through, so,looks like another phone call, but , aint using favs;They are one of the most frustrating companies to phone;:beer:0
