12 days is not "no time" for an item to arrive. It states on my transaction and in their 1st message to me that "delivery within the UK takes 3-5 days". I waited until the "estimated delivery date" has passed out of courtesy and it still hasn't arrived. I see nothing wrong in opening a case.:beer: Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0

It wasn't identical. If you have actually bothered to read the OP I said I thought I was right, and I wasn't sure whether to go through eBay or Paypal so asked the question.

Not identical? Contains the questions "do I have to wait etc.", and "should I go through papyal or ebay". If you had read that post, would have saved you typing.0
