As title, I am doing some DIY which will damage a section of wall and I'd like to repaper just that bit, but I don't know where to get more wallpaper...it was hung within the last 3 years.

Hi, hard to tell from the angle of the photo how wide the stripes are, but found these 2. If they aren't the right ones I would look at the Graham and Brown website as they are one of the big suppliers to a lot of different stores.

My local B&m homestore, stores some graham and brown wallpaper and i remember seeing one simular, if you have a store nearby may be worth a look.Hopeful optimistic.0
