Hi
I have bought a goodmans freeview recorder. I have done what it says on the instructions & I can watch freeview through the box but I can't rewind, pause or record. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of this. Am I using the wrong wires or something? I can't call goodmans customer services as they are closed. I have retuned the box several times & also turned off by the mains overnight but still no joy.
I would really appreciate any help.
