Ebay: Ship to Malaysia??

Been doing this ebay thing a few months now and got asked if I'd ship things to Malaysia.
The price at present is £4-5 each (two items) I know about all the nigerian scams and the the person in question has brought/bid on similar things (toys).
My main questions is with paypal. I remember reading somewhere that people in malaysia cant get a paypal account, so I what about using a malaysian based credit card to pay my paypal account???? (The listing says I will only accept paypal)

I've not had any trouble with Malaysian buyers or sellers (have had both) - nor have I heard of any problems from anyone else.
Just be sensible and don't send anything until you have received cleared payment.

Malaysia and Singapore have their own eBay sites with healthy membership and I have sold a number of items to both locations without any problems.
The usual due diligence should be applied as with any buyer - feedback, approved payment methods etc. There is however, very little Paypal protection for sending items outside of the EU, US and Australia - if the item is high value try to arrange some sort of direct transfer into your bank account.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
