Perhaps my wording was wrong... I mean I am not interested in the chapati flour/bread making.. nothing to do with a need to lighten up, rather with ,,, having to trawl through irrelevant to me (OP) posts....ah.... never mind. Perhaps I am bing silly but time is so precious....

What veggies are easiest to freeze? Can you roast veggies that were previously frozen like pepers for example? Have no idea, would love to know....
What about fruits? Freezing fresh fruis? Possibly a no no?

I freese apples, peeled and cored, cut into eighths or sixths wedges, but they are only good for cooking with(sweet or savoury, we use lots of apples in cooking. Berries freeze, bananas freeze and can be eaten frozen...good for guilt free muchies. If you plan to cook or stew the fruit a lot can be frozen. We do this, because it feels more right to eat it in that way through winter.0

Mmmmm, watermelon in particularFreeze in chunks in lots of small bags so you don't have to defrost any larger quantity than you need. Weight loss treat delight. Frozen bananas popped in the blender with optional vanilla essence or a teaspoon of cocoa powder make great cheap low fat 'ice cream'
