Evac chair

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
Following certain goings on at work it has now been decided that I cannot work in my normal post as it is on the 7th floor and in order to evacuate the building in case of fire/bomb etc I would need to get down 16 flights of stairs which is currently impossible for me to do. (Even 1 flight is a challenge)
U can't use the evac chair as there is no support for my lower leg and this creates increased pressure on my knee and subsequently leaves me in excruciating pain.
I'm looking for anywhere I (or rather my employer) might be able to source an evac chair that does have a footrest that will enable me to keep my legs almost straight whilst descending the stairs.
Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering if you'd be better off / safer being evacuated lying down rather than sitting up but with your legs sticking out straight ahead? If you think about it, that must be a fairly difficult 'load' to move safely.
In which case, have a google of evac chairs and see what else they offer.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Would an evacuation sledge be appropriate?

IBEX TranSeat 700H safely descends and ascends stairs without carrying or heavy lifting. This would be better option as this model has foot rests.0
