What happens now depends on what sort of case it is and what your tracking says when you enter it online

I mean look at the tracking, I assume parcel force has the ability to track the parcel online . Does it show as delivered and did you sendi it to the address that PayPal said 'was ok to send to'?

Give the customer the tracking details and tell them PF tried to deliver when no one was home and it's at xxxx awaiting collection.

Watch the case as you have deadlines to meet, which will include one to upload the tracking.

Don't ignore the case or your money will be taken and if the PayPal balance goes into a negative they will chase you for it.

theonlywayisup is spot on as usual

OP you need to be very pro active here, the buyer may well not realise that his parcel is wating for him to arrange delivery , that's why it is usually a good idea to give them the tracking so they can check themselves. However you must now persuade your buyer to collect as otherwise you'll lose the case, your funds will be returned and you'll have to wait for your item to get back to you (I assume there is a return address).
