Balance Transfer Help

I have moved my Barclaycard balance to an intelligent finance l.o.b card, i know want to shift a balance from my Halifax card to a similar deal. Any cards- not barclaycard, that has a l.o.b deal that's not run by Halifax. just found my interst rate with halifax is 26.9%.
