Just to give the other side of the coin : having failed to get the website to work I was near a store the other day and the assistant was very happy to swop my voucher for a ten pound tee shirt ie no cash & no hassle

Awesome thanks. Just ordered some sports bras as my old Shock Absorber badly needs replacing!

Hope there is no hassle when collecting order from store =/. Bad customer service would really put me off shopping at Sweatshop again.

Also does anyone else think that 'sweatshop' is a bit of an unfortunate name for a store???

Picked up my order from the Fulham Broadway store today with no hassles at all. My order came to £0.00 and all they asked for was my name. I didn't have a voucher from the telegraph. The only issue I had was when I placed the order the total showed £8.00, (the price of the item), but when I emailed to inform them of the problem the code was reinstated and I was not charged.

Got my cousin to order online and pick up from Westfield on thursaday without a voucher. They sent her this email below to bring id and all they asked for was her name.

Thank you for using our 'collection from store' service. Your order is now ready for collection from Sweatshop Stratford (Westfield). For opening hours and shop directions, please visit www.sweatshop.co.uk/storefinder.

You will need to show a copy of your order confirmation or, if you only have the order number with you, you will be asked for photo identification (such as a driving licence, passport or bus pass). You will be asked to sign for the parcel. If you are unable to collect the parcel for any reason, the person collecting on your behalf will need to supply a copy of your order confirmation and provide identification. They will also be asked to sign for the parcel.

If after 28 days your order has not been collected and you cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded the value of the items.

We look forward to seeing you in store soon.

Morning everyone!! Just to let u all know I also picked up my order yesterday from the Southampton store, all that was asked was my name  very friendly staff would defiantly use again 
