I didn't think this was still working. Is it?0

Voucher is good to Aug 25 - the delivery charge appears to be an error in the website so unless you have a convenient store to browse the offer is useless0

After my rant earlier, and a miserable trip to the store ("Sorry, Sir, we don't accept vouchers against sale items"), I've just looked again on the website and 'delivery to store' is now free again.
I've just bought 2 new vests (the same ones in the sale I picked up in the store) and 4 energy gels for £1 via myself and the missus. A result if it arrives.0 -
Has anyone tried collecting their item(s) in store? Did you need to show the voucher?
Can I sign up more than once and use the voucher twice ?0 -

I put two orders through - one each in my name & hubbies -
i've had an email today telling me they'd cancelled one because it's one use of the voucher per person
- i'm guessing they must gauge this by address or bank card cause i used (obviously!) different names and email addresses - i have queried it as legit two different people but don't hold out much hope -
keen to know if anyone's gone for store collection though...Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
I got my order today. Nicely packaged up, two running tops that would have cost me £35 full price. One of the tops alone (an Asics) was at Play for £17. The fact I got two quality tops delivered for £6.99 is brilliant. Also got a mini catalogue and a 10% off postcard, both of which will get packaged in with the two birthday present tops for the lucky running recipient hehe.
Personally I'm very pleased with the order and company, and for serious runners such as my BIL I can see them being a good store to use because they stock the quality stuff
Hope people who wanted to collect from store get their orders fulfilled okay.0 -
I didn't bother using the voucher twice in the end but ordered an item which went down to £0.00 :j got it delivered to store but got charged £3.99 for delivery. The subtotal before submitting the order was £0.00 but after submitting it showed an invoiced amount of £3.99 - I thought this was pretty sneaky of them and wasn't too happy.
I emailed them straight away and mentioned to them that it does state in their help section that delivery to store is free. To their credit there wasn't any argument, they amended the order so that no delivery charge was made, however I will be keeping a close eye on my credit card statement.
... Just waiting for an email to say it has been delivered to store for me to collect now - I'll update if there are any issues there!

Delivered to store, collected no problem, the sales asssitant did not even ask for order number or ID never mind coupon from Telepgraph! Very happy with my free sports bra! X0

Just back from a store where my order was delivered; the store manager refused to give my parcel to me saying.
I haven't spent anything as my order was below 10.00; and told me it's a scam.
Sweat shop is not picking up there phone either. Very fishy.0 -
