Can someone please guide me to where I can find my current Barclaycard interest rates? I have a Platinum and Initial and receive my statements online but there is no mention of rates on the statements. I also tried to find it in my account but can't see the rates there either. I need to check they have switched my Barclaycard Initial to 0% as I have two larger than normal items to pay for (one approx £550 next week) and my annual season ticket next month (£900) and thought I would pay these off monthly without paying any interest and without dipping into my savings (cheeky I know). They have already transferred half my credit limit from my Platinum to my Initial (at their suggestion and my consent) but don't want to spend on it until I see that they have updated the 0% interest.
Thank you for your help and time.

my platinum is 7.9%... its listed online when you sign in, but yours may be different. I dont get postal statements so cant direct you on a statement, but it must be listed.
sign in > click your statement (bottom left) > click on a statement (Say August) > Scroll down to the very bottom.
looks like this
Interest Rates
Annual Purchase Rate 7.90%
Cash Interest Rate 15.80%If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0 -
Thanks very much for your reply Curr946 and have found it thanks to your instructions. It's still showing as a whopping 29.9%, unless of course that's the rate for that particular statement. I was hoping it would show as 0%. Think I will send them a secure message.
Thanks again.0 -
your welcome, you may have an offer on your account somewhere. Again, in should be listed in that section. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0
