When measuring for replacement siphon do you measure from bottom of cistern to top of siphon and then add 2" for the threaded part, or is it just measure from bottom of cistern to top of siphon? wanting to order a dudley turbo siphon online but need to be sure how to measure. advice needed.

It fits most cisterns with a lever flush as it is extendable from 7½ to 9½ inches depending on the cistern you have.
Take the old one along to a merchant (yes, yes I know you want to nuy it online) and physically compare it. You might also find you can get it cheaper than online with a bit of haggling.
