Chrome hijacked by Babylon

My Google Chrome has been hijacked by a browser called Babylon.I have tried uninstalling and system restore without any luck .Can i have advice please

Aye, it's a right PITA....not necessarily malicious in it's own right, but has been known to let other carp in, and can also be a complete burger to shift.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

Ha - payback on Chrome then. One of the programs I don't have on autoupdate - think its CCleaner apologies to them if it isn't - will automatically install Chrome and make it the default browser if I don't deselect the appropriate radio button during the install. Winds me up no end but just shows that you must closely read the screen data during any install rather tha just clicking next - next - next - finish.
