Word of warning about this agency. Their website has lots of positive testimonials but you will realise there is no "real" feedback, only the stuff they want you to see.
As an agency they claim they will provide you with holiday cover, but they have let me down twice on this, by providing unreliable cleaners.
They have been unwilling to provide copies of the reference and identity checks they did against the cleaners they supposedly referred to me.
The insurance cover they provide is basically not worth the paper it is written on.
Be very wary of using this agency. My experience is they will take your money, but when you need them to do something they will tell you the agreement is with you and the cleaner!
