Havent used it for a while and tried today and I've forgotten it. I'm going abroad on Tuesday what can I do to change it before then?

You'll probably have to request a new PIN by snail mail. Try to put transactions through as signature. If you really need it, you may have to get someone to open the PIN letter and tell you over the phone, though this breaks most of their T&Cs.

A lot of issuers are now showing them online, MBNA and Amex are two examples. I think its stupid that a customer service representative can't see your PIN, they'd have to then go and steal your wallet anyway. Hell they could even have it if you pass security you will get passed onto an automated voice that will read you your pin.
