    When they get the request for payment they would presumably still be at home and may feel angry at having to go to the sorting office in the first place. For me the PO is a five minute walk. For other people it could be a lengthy drive or journey by public transport. Not very many people are going to be very pleased about that in the first place, particularly with the cost of petrol as it is.
