Claiming back late payment charges.

I have looking through my old statements and have most statement going back to 2000 for MBNA and Barclaycard. For my capital One card I only have about 10 Statements.
There are quite a number of late payment charges pre and post 2006.

Firstly,
I am unsure whether to submit a claim for all charges I have evidence for or request a complete set of charges.

Secondly.
I understand that pre June 2006 charges greater than £12 are considered not appropriate and a good case for reclaim. I am a bit unsure whether I should extend the claim for Post June 2006 £12 charges and pre June 2006 charges in full.

Any advice would be welcome
