Getting them to sign a note that they have collected the item is useless* if they decide to scam you, as ebay's T&C's only allow for proof of postage/ trackable courier as evidence.
*Should the scam escalate to you taking the buyer to court it would probably help, but until then Ebay won't recognise it.

lol....never got any of the 50p PG tips from Ts as they were all out of stock...(but I did get a 'few' from As when they compared!)....and yesterday I got a till spit for 75p off PG Tips!
Theres none of the 50p ones where I am, so this will have to go in the recycling bin as we're not big tea drinkers

So... I'm going to have some food and occupy my mind catching up on here... you lot helped me so much through his illness and passing so I know reading through here today will cheer me up!
