Thanks for all the weight loss congrats, I know I should be pleased, I'm just having a hard week with the clothes things. Have got rid of 48 tops from my wardrobe this week (some to ebay, some to friends & some to the charity shop :D

Bit like me and my 20+ pairs of shoes gone at the weekend

We could all have a clothing swap :j

    Hi Debs,

Unsure if this helps but I lost about a stone lays year and I got some of my stuff taken by a local dressmaker. I couldn't bear to throw out some of my stuff as it was good quality. Even trousers which now fit like a glov for only a few pounds:)

Most of mine wasn't that good quality, but I have kept some things and packed them away in a suitcase (I'm too scared too throw them out) I'm lucky that my mum is really good with alterations, so I might unpack the suitcase and see if anything can be altered. I think it would be easier if I had just lost a small amount, but as it is ive dropped about 4 sizes. Thanks for the idea. :)
    Very well done!

12 months ago I was in the same boat. Sadly, it's now the other way round for me :(

    How did you do it?

I bet you could lose weight again, its just a matter of when the time is right for you. I am doing Slimming World and it's the only thing that has ever worked for me. After 20 years of yo-yo dieting, and beating myself up about never being about to lose weight, I started SW in January, and it's been a miracle for me. I find it very easy to follow, and something I can adapt to do for ever. :o

I was a ww through a d through but really struggled when they changed the points system. Then I did it by myself and was just short of 3 st off.

Now I am still 1 st lighter than my heaviest but it feels about 12 :(

I know what I need to do. I know how I need to do it. But I seem to leave my motivation under my duvet each day :(

I need a good clothes glitch. I've lost 3 stone 11 pounds now ... 3 pound left to go before I stop.
NOTHING that was in my wardrobe 6 months ago fits. I just solve one problem, like buying trousers that fit, and then I realise the new tops that fitted a month ago don't any more. It's costing me a fortune that I don't really have, and I have to look smart for work.

Go to the charity shops, just to get some basics while you build up a wardrobe again.
    Fantastic loss, well done.
Take care what you do on the way up, it may come back at you on the way down.
    Kindness costs nothing.
