I need a good clothes glitch. I've lost 3 stone 11 pounds now ... 3 pound left to go before I stop.
NOTHING that was in my wardrobe 6 months ago fits. I just solve one problem, like buying trousers that fit, and then I realise the new tops that fitted a month ago don't any more. It's costing me a fortune that I don't really have, and I have to look smart for work.

Congrats on the weight loss :T

YES this morning. We would have been in the gods but my poorly leg gave us a special spot. Right by the start/finish .
Watching the final on the red button.
    GO GB

Oh that was great, glad that you did not have to walk up the stairs, I was thinking of sitting on the stairs half way up. :rotfl:
Yes we are just watching the final too. Go Team GB!
Did you hear the guy playing a hooter thing, we were right behind him. :D. Luckily not so near him that we couldn't see though as he had a huge hat on ! I pity the people that were right behind him.

Did you go in to Westfield after?
If anyone is going to the games, do go into Westfield Shopping centre and visit the Nivea stand on the ground floor. You can get a goody bag that has some free samples of creams etc and a £1 MOC for Boots when you spend £3 on nivea. OH could not stop laughing as we had only gone in there to get out of the rain.
Also if you go to the Park Live area, there are some people in white uniforms for British Airways and you can get a large plastic union jack just right for a picnic blanket or just sitting on the wet grass. If you have kids with you, they were also putting tattoos on them. DD was over the moon with it.
When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
"oh carp what is she up to now!"

    Hi Debs,

Unsure if this helps but I lost about a stone lays year and I got some of my stuff taken by a local dressmaker. I couldn't bear to throw out some of my stuff as it was good quality. Even trousers which now fit like a glov for only a few pounds:)

    Very well done!

12 months ago I was in the same boat. Sadly, it's now the other way round for me :(

    How did you do it?

Thanks for all the weight loss congrats, I know I should be pleased, I'm just having a hard week with the clothes things. Have got rid of 48 tops from my wardrobe this week (some to ebay, some to friends & some to the charity shop)

Those stairs in the Olympic stadium are terrible, and the ones off the Javelin train (10 flights!) I hurt my hip at the Olympics on those stairs!

When I went up there was a Green & Blacks promotion on the ground floor of Westfield, and they were handing out large bars of chocolate. I wonder if it changes each day?
I'm going up for the Paralympics next week, i'll have a look.
I kept my BA plastic flag ground sheet as a momento, they will put some sun cream on you as well if it's a hot day. :D
