Well done with the ciggies:T:T:T
I'm nearly 10 months ciggieless and to be honest its hard not to eat. I had a doctors appt last week and told her that I'd put on weight and her comment was "Don't worry it's normal"I didnt put on much in the first few weeks it was abut a month later I started:o:oI am determind to lose it but my logic was that it was healthier to put on a bit of weight than to smoke;)Don't beat yourself up about, you're doing brilliantly giving up:T:T
Thanks nikkilala.
I agree, a few extra pounds is worth it to quit smoking for good. I thought I had more time to quit, but my circulation was getting really bad - scary!
Congrats to you for quitting too! Not just the health reasons too, it's not very mse to pay a fortune for cigs!-- Quit smoking 27/8/12  --0 -

It looks like you've thought of everything right down to a fire steel! Have you got your cotton wool in petroleum jelly in a wee tub too?
Fire steel?
Oh the black thing on the packet of tumble dryer sheets, that's a torch. I wouldn't trust myself with fire in somewhere hot and dry.:eek:0 -
