Just had dd on phone, had to book 1st flight home (£400) not very MSE but sometimes money does not really matter. She has been working abroad all summer and has just broken up with with her bf and is in bits. She really thought he was the one. She had a flight booked in 2 weeks time anyway but needs to get home asap as she is feeling so down(im worried about her). Luckily she has many good friends who are taking care of her thank god. Anyway I pick her up from local airport on Wed and it cant come soon enough. In middle of decorating ds2 room whilst he is away with my Mum and Dad also. Its all go here. Hope everyone else is well x

aww bless her. We all been there and the only thing worse than that is having your kids go through it. At least you'll be able to keep an eye on her. Lots of cuddles won't make it better but it will help

Good. You would wet yourself laughing if you knew some of the things that people put in their ears!

Keep them dry too in case there is the beginning of an infection

    The mind boggles! :rotfl:
Thanks :) Will try and keep them dry as well, I've got Batiste left over from the Bzz trial, so that can be my excuse for not washing my hair :rotfl:

You can still wash your hair, just try and keep water out if you can

Them germs love damp warm conditions

You're welcome, hope you enjoy it. Has anyone else read the calories on the back of the Galaxy Counters ?:eek::eek: I don't normally crave chocolate, but if it's there I'll eat it. Must empty all the bags, input the codes then give them away in jars or something pronto! :o
I don't eat chocs often either, just an odd craving. I had one such craving yesterday and opened a bag of counters and ate a few and left the rest on kitchen table. Today there was one left in it! No idea if it was kids or OH who ate them but makes me:mad:that they leave one sweet in the bag so they don't have to take the five steps to the bin and put bag in
  • Just got back from visiting relatives and boy, what a mad couple of days I've had. Feel like I've spent most of the time eating & drinking - who was talking about diets? Hmm - think I might have to join fat club:(:(:(:(

Going to spend a pleasant hour or two catching up on what you lot have been doing then feet up, watch some telly (closet Eastenders fan and I'm still trying to guess who Kats secret fella is) and an early night for me:T
