Morning everyone
sorry not been on for a while. Been really busy nursing my pregnant yorky.
My little lady's due her puppies today (Sunday) and it's been a bit of a worrying time. She put on quite a bit of weight noticeably pregnant. Could clearly feel a puppy now n then. Like a head or body. The lump would then disappear but we never felt the puppies move. Then she started losing weight. She was off her food, but not her treats. (shes never off her treats) about 5 days ago she had a lot of brownish discharge. She's only a small yorky and sleeps in my bed, the discharge was everywhere all over my bed. I contacted the vets. They said that it may just be her getting prepared to give birth. Next day we took her for a scan, was told they could only see one puppysaid they couldn't find a heartbeat but that doesn't mean it's not living. He also said that there could be a dead puppy and all the mess could have come from the placenter of the dead puppy. I had the option of allowing her to have surgery to remove any puppies or let her give birth and hope for the best. Natrually i took the second option. Then 2 days ago she had quite a lot more discharge. This time bloody pinky red colour. She's been up and down. Sometimes she acts like she's not pregnant and is running about mad. Power walking on her walks. Other times she's resting loads and looks so content. Off food some days but not others. She's 63 days gone Sunday. But no sign of going into labour. I'm really worried about her. We do treat her like a baby and it would break my heart should anything happen to her. This is her first litter. She went through her prepping stage of panting and nesting last week. Her mum, my other yorky had 3 litters with no problems throughout her pregnancys. Although after was another story
Any advice would be gratefully welcomed.
She's Cuddled up next to me now and I'm afraid of going to sleep incase she goes into labour and I dont hear her.
Got loads to catch up so going to give it a go.
Hope everyone is well and had a few nice glitches0 -

Been to four Asda's this morning, no luck with the Plenty in any of them. Found the loo rolls in the largest Asda, right barcode but they scanned at SEL of £3.00.
Was going to give up but went to one I hadn't been in before, and bingo, found the loo rolls, They had SEL of £1.50 and there were about 10 there. They were almost hidden behind the cushelle packs which are on offer, on the bottom shelf. Took 6 and got some beans. Put them in the car then decided I would get the other 4. Not to be, they had gone when I got back. But I just glanced to the top shelf, and there were another 6 so I got a lad to reach them down.
Big thanks for the loo roll tip off, not sure who posted it originally, was it Miss Laid?
Well done izzey :T0 -
How good would a glitch on cheese be :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Mmm sounds good jacket pots, chilli and a little cheese sprinkled on top.
Yeah cheese glitch would be most grateful or maybe a tuna glitch. DS3 is on a high protein diet so goes through loads and it's really expensive too.0 -

Did a couple of them tonight for our tea......not quite the melt in the mouth of fillets but pretty darn nice they were! Was quite pleased and duly deemed the experiment a success!

I've been reading through, getting totally lost at times but think I've got the gist of it now. Trouble is I've only got a very small t & a where I live but will try my best.
Any help would be much appreciated. :-D
