Although tonight I managed a £3.15 with no bother. it was lying face up at the trolley bay right at the entrance to the store. Got my whisky for just £9 as a result :beer:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

No I was going to use the APG to get more wine but decided against it, I had a terrible feeling of inpending trout-dom!
They are valid until 22-23rd September and I'm on hols in Weymouth from the 15th to the 22nd and will use them up there on my food shopping if not before on pyjamas and shoes :rotfl:
I will give you a wave from Poole while you are down.
Or if you are camping and it rains you can come and stay in my shed.0 -

Good for you!!!!!!!:)
The sad thing is the cashier will be in deep do do if an APG has been scanned but is not present. As you've said, their till will be short
When I worked in a little photography shop, any shortcomings were deducted from my wages. That's another story though (I didn't trust my 'superior' as it was regularly short )
Imagine that the cashier was our own daughter/mother.
The kindest possible thing to do is point out the error and tell them what the process is. Staff training seems to be fairly bad in the major supermarkets sadly.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Just want to clarify. I my case the S.A. kept the voucher but I had the receipt back unmarked so her till will be fine. I wouldn't have taken the voucher backMake it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

3Dogs, dont believe I've had the chance to say How sorry I was to read about your loss, since I got back on the board - I really wish you the best in what must be a really difficult time for you.
Think you were best to deal with the meds as you described above and its good that you said it.
Wishing you the best.
Raven.
Thank you Raven :beer:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

:mad:afternoon all
kadison thanks for reposting the towls pic, were they on a reduced shelf or is that the "normal" price??
major trouting in superdrug over my loreal coupons, 3 mens deo 2 shampoo , 5 SA's all huddled together, none of them had read the "recent email" but the "safe coupons" def rang a bell, they initially decided i couldn't use them then said i could only use one of each, when i asked for a supervisor to clarify the policy seh came down from the office with a face like thunder. She looked like she was about to thump me, she then decided because the mens deo was £1.29 and the coupon was £1.50 I couldn't use them.
I put all items back and said I would be discussing it with HO, went to savers where the shampoo is half the flippin price anyway where they took all the coupons:T:T:T (even the one day OOD one:o:o)
Has anyone clarified with superdrug HO exactly what the coupon policy is??
By the way got tresseme for 25p (massive size) think it was brunette, couldn't believe it:j:j:j:j
oh and these for 99p great for teachers pressies, reduced from 5.99,
got the loreal wipes and facial wash in tesco,
also tried 3 coupons on a casa di mama pizza and a garlic bread slices pack (£2 and £1) but till would only accept 2 pizza coupons so put the garlic breads back
no time for boots though today as only left hospital at 3pm((
So let me get this right, you kicked it off in store AND had a supervisor called even though you knew the coupon was for way more than the product was going to cost????? Lets not even mention the OOD one.
Some of you guys really leave me shaking my head as you clearly make some pretty daft decisions! :mad:0
