No wine for me today - the store I visited stopped selling alcohol with only 5 minutes notice to customers, which wasn't enough time to hurry through checkout - they were so strict!

It's also quite strange that this branch of Mr A can't sell any for the last 3 hours of trading today yet the Mr T just up the road is selling alcohol right up to midnight!

Sunday trading laws are always so frustrating! :mad:

Thanks to the OP about the shades toilet roll. Got 16 packs in the Govan store today, no kitchen roll though. Also got a couple of half price lego sets to put past for Chrimbo but not mega reduced like th thread on grabbit.

Have two smashing hedgehog houses now for the garden, went to Boots to look for perfume but they only had 30ml bottles of the So! so I didnt bother trying as I was sure someone had said it needed to be 50ml. Got some shampoo, deodrant shower gel etc with the 25% off voucher from the ACM. Also got 400 points on 2 champneys. Lifter 2 sanitiser and tried the hand cream but it went through at its £9 so left that. Had a double points voucher and forgot to use it so said to the boy after I had paid and he manually added another 400! so 800 points for a £5 spend. Well chuffed.

The Maoam sweety thing was in the shopping centre so the boys had a go and won a backpack bag thing with sweat bands a large bags of sweets.

Then discovered that the shopping centre were registering kids for a kids club where they send out mailing, comps etc so registered both and they got another back pack goody bag each with acitivty sheets, alien teddy thing, lollipop and stickers.

Tried Mr S but no Kung Zhu hamsters but did get some tops from the sale rail with the extra 25% off.

Also got a £3 off £20 so got the vodka and my BM.

A very busy day all round but everyone happy, some bargains in the shops and quite a few freebies.
