Ok this is really weird. There are 23 items on this receipt but when I put it into the APG machine the nuts dont appear at all. In fact every item came back NA - various fruit, salad, nufren, nandos etc.

Every item except the Innocent samoothie and this one

    1 x Listerine Totalcare Mouthwash (1L)£2.00£7.00

I cant find a one litre bottle of listerine on mys - can anyone see this? Anyone know of a £7 bottle in T???

Spotted these in my local superstore. If its nationwide then handy for those with the Campbell's coupons.

I still have a few tins left:rotfl:. One of the first MSE voucher things I ever did, about the same time as the honey shreddies, which were suprisingly much more popular with the kids than the soup was:rotfl:.

Its a fine line really and everyone has to make their own decision about things like this, so please dont think i was taking the moral ground, just paraphrasing what Ive seen discussed recently.

Its interesting really, as some would say buying glitches intentionally (the wine being a good example) or knowingly buying mispriced items for DTD etc could also be seen as wrong. (mainly people who have not been educated in MSE ways!)

Everyone has to make their own call about what they feel happy doind, and how far they want to 'bend' the rules. But at least this is a good place to get advice about glitches and discuss how far to safely go;)

good advice, i think if you accidently use one more than once the till says no now as it shows it has been used before.
Also just to point out we all how opinions on whats write and wrong but a wee word of warning it normaly turns into a riot lol!!! sorry couldn't resist mentioning that. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Afternoon all!

Have been out and been brave enough to get 2 x 6 bottle transactions, we have two big As here so I did one at each.

SLIGHTLY annoying at the first as I got through the checkout before realising my wallet wasn't in my bag, and I mean genuinely not the 'oh the deal hasn't worked oops I seem to have forgotten my wallet' type thing, so had to drive allllllllll the way home and back, took half an hour thanks to Sunday drivers then had to stand in a long lonnnnnnnnng queue because there was only one person on the CS desk and she was so slow it was ridiculous! FINALLY someone else arrives but I didn't hear a single apology to anyone for the stupidly long wait, gotta love our customer service culture eh? :rotfl:

Good afternoon - we have also been hedgehog house building this morning, took cat back to vet for bladder check and all seems fine she thought a course of anti bs would be good and asked if I could give him tablets - after I stopped laughing she said OK will give him an injection that lasts 2 weeks. Got to take him back for another check at the end of the week - so I am very happy

I am soooooo with you this! Some cats will NOT take tablets mashed up in food and it's just like hell on earth trying to get them to swallow them! It's honestly the only time I've wished I had dogs instead

Can anyone remember the brand of cheap sanitary towels in boots pls?

I have picked up loads of the Boots essentials 14 pack for 18p....

    photo3.jpg

and the 'added freshness' version of these for 33p...

    http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Ultra-Towel-Super-14-Pack_15300/

But stock levels do seem to vary store to store and there are other lines reduced to 25p-35p, hth.

Re the No7 make-up, I went to a big store, hardly any there, but at a small store there was tonnes!

Agreed, I certainly wasn't intending on sparking one of those 'heated debate' about it!:eek:

Apparently if you can walk a couple of steps inside with a walking frame, and you are then wheeled about on a commode to the bathroom etc, you dont meet the criteria for a wheelchair anymore! Its seen as a social need. I call it 'independence, opportunity and quality of life' myself.

How *insert several swear words* stupid can you be? Even if it is seen as a 'social need', social needs are incredible important to everyone's life and shouldn't be given such a ridiculously low priority!!!!

    Afternoon all,
Sorry not posted recently, but I do skim read and catch up when I can.... never manage to get to Asd@ so no wine for me, but never mind!

Got a moral dilemma though, and need some thoughts please.....

Went Ts this morning, for some school uniform and some bits of shopping (fruit, veg, eggs, bread, loo roll, marmite, lollies, beer.) At the till, I did what I always do if I have a box of beer - put everything else on the belt, then ask the SA to use wand to scan beer box to save lifting in and out. She leant over, scanned it, then carried on scanning the shopping.

Totalled up, I paid, not really taking much notice as wasnt using coupons or anything. It wasnt till I got home, put it all away and looked at the receipt - the beer wasnt on it

Part of me thinks  but the other part is

She definitely scanned it, as it beeped, so I dont know what happened :o

Should I do anything about it now???

    Nope!

She didn't make a mistake, she scanned it, you didn't shoplift it as you put it on the belt and it was scanned, I'd enjoy your free beer!

Please can everyone now go to Asda and look at the cashew nuts :D I've got a receipt ready to put into the APG machine and on it is 10 packets of cashew nuts, all in a long row for 65p  I've looked up cashews on mys but the chepaest is the Asda own brand for 75p. This is the barcode on the receipt

    505244965099L

Why would anyone have the need to spend £6.50 on cashews - I am assuming they are the saled ones. I know you can cook with them but would you need 10 bags???

Anyway I am just going to input it and see what comes up :D

    Perhaps they are nuts :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
