mines all trial and error...and based on a big deep dish
basic cheesecake -
600g soft cheese
100g icing sugar
pack of digestives
bit of butter
bash biscuits until fine crumbs..add butter and mix.
spread in tin and stick in freezer for 10 mins.
mix cheese and icing sugar.....add to biscuit base....leave in fridge to set.
for the choc version i used..
1 x 300g philly
2 x 160g choc philly
but i made the two separate so it could be made in 2 layers...
i only added about 5og of icing sugar....and added 2 sachets of options choc orange drinking powder.....
make as above....and added apg galaxy balls to the top
will add a pic in a mo
I use a similar recipe but use caster instead of icing sugar but also put 300ml of double cream, whipped then fold in to cheese and sugar mix. Makes it lovely and creamy and not quite so strong a flavour. Bit naughty thoMake it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Weren't the kids clubs free anyway though?
Spiralingdown may know
They charge £5 for the clubs for each session, I've signed up for that reason alone as DS enjoys making things and he needs some 'mummy and me' time at the minute because we've spent so much time living in my folks house that he's missed this. My mum isn't taking too kindly to this though but I don't care as my son comes firstSPC #329 £471/£500 banked
