I use a similar recipe but use caster instead of icing sugar but also put 300ml of double cream, whipped then fold in to cheese and sugar mix. Makes it lovely and creamy and not quite so strong a flavour. Bit naughty tho

They charge £5 for the clubs for each session, I've signed up for that reason alone as DS enjoys making things and he needs some 'mummy and me' time at the minute because we've spent so much time living in my folks house that he's missed this. My mum isn't taking too kindly to this though but I don't care as my son comes first
