Got a wine and choc shop today so will know at 11.15 if its still working.
Problem is I found some packs of 8 plenty that cost £2 and I stupidly put it through with my shopping and guess I should have paid seperately for them :eek:.
Will that affect the apg or wont it compare anyhow. Have to wait and see I guess. :o

    They compare £2 v £6.xx

You just lost a little over £4 off your APG :(

    Morning everyone:wave:
I have to admit to mostly lurking on here yesterday:o I've been really busy trying to get things sorted out for my little boy's christening tomorrow. I managed to get some wine yesterday - perfect timing thank you Mr A:D:D
I'm sure our friends will enjoy it and it's saved us a packet. :)

Today i will be mostly finishing painting the front room, painting the bathroom skirting, making pizza and cupcakes, mowing the law and trimming my bush :D
(i might find time to get to a's again as well hopefully)
    have a great day. x

Could the people that I said that I would send the car vouchers to last weekend, please say whether they received them. Not for the thank but would hate anyone to think that I was just saying that I would send them and them not bothered. Hopefully all should have received them by last Tuesday.

I would just use the womble with the other APG as for being trouted, I sometime think people over think things too much, I have never had anyone study my receipt in any of the 4 A's I use :)

I used an apg of £12.60 last night, the SA took an age checking it then said " Sorry I had to check it, I've never seen one that big before" :o She was then saying how great it was and how did I get it.

    :D

    Chance of rain in Chesterfield!

(seemed to rain all night though, and Im SO glad Im not on scout camp with my 11 and 14 year old sons!)

..it will be like the last time they went camping in the rain, the only thing to come back dry was their flannels, the dirty little bu&&ers!

Can anyone give me any tips please how to stop them coming in ?

Dig a hole outside so that a clean margarine tub sits level with the ground, put a smallish stone at each corner on the ground ( to leave room for the slugs to dive in) and put a piece of slate/glass/ plastic over the tub (to stop the rain getting in) pour any beer into the tub (Bavaria will do) go back the next day to empty out the dead slugs and refill with beer/lager. Slugs, like blokes , will not turn down beer to get to whatever is in your kitchen.
