Hit the 'print screen' button, then go to Paint or similar and hit Ctrl+V.
Then crop and save the bit you want to [STRIKE]stick up her bottom[/STRIKE] show her....

There's a button on mine that says Prt Sc, it's just just above my number keys in the top right hand corner. I hit that then copy into paint
