Hi folks - life a bit confused at the moment so not been about much.

Managed to get beans today. Infact one SA took my vouchers for the 3 tins I had plus another to 'try' and it went through! Black and white vouchers. SO 3 free tins plus 85p off my other items.

    My BS order came today.

Also got 3 boks for £1 having received £8 DTD

    Not bad at all!
  • Aaaaaaaarrrrrrggggg!!! RANT ALERT!!

Just got off the phone to Virgin Media, sooooo annoyed with them. We have XXL TV, Broadband and phone and to be fair they have been pretty good, the speed is great we now get 100Mb. However... at the new house they can't do cable (and won't be:(), they can offer me broadband through the BT line and a phone line and it will only be 2.5 Mb. We run our own business and I have told them I have to keep the same phone number. They say they can't guarantee it. I told them I don't want them as my IP and they have told me I will have to pay £180 to cancel the contract :eek:.
This is where I started to get angry as on their own website it says

If we and/or Virgin Media Payments:
    a) increase our charges under this agreement
    b) make significant changes to the services so the services you are entitled to receive in return for the charges you pay are significantly altered or reduced; or
    c) make significant changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement (including the other legal stuff),

    My argument is this
1 They increased the fee last month by £2.00
2 They will be making significant changes to the services I am entitled to as they are not able to provide me with the service I agreed to which is XXL cable TV and broadband.

Sorry for the rant but the solicitors already scammed me for an extra £180 today for an indemnity policy for an extension that was built years before we moved here:eek::eek::eek:

They are not changing the service, its you thats moving. Sorry its not what you want to hear but they cannot offer you a service with no cable.

Same here in North Norfolk.....we are lucky if the internet stays on here for more than a few hours at a time and its often sooooo sloooooow!

OMG I just wrote an essay on T Facebook and they must have removed it as I can no longer see it. Anyone any idea as I'm not Facebook clued up. Please. Thanks :T
Yep it's still there. Whoever Billie Anne is on FB is having a right go so I've just told her to "wind her neck in" he he he..:rotfl::rotfl: She's talking about how T staff would have been sent a memo re: the vouchers if they were genuine and they are trained in these things.. apparently. Yeah right.. Poor deluded woman. It's funny if you can read it.
