i've bean to s'bobs scanned at SS 2 at the time - got a few
i tried scanning 3 at first and third one called for assistant. She gave my coupon to CS guy who said "we don't accept those". :eek:
oh well at least it worked with 2 :T

I have never been so embarrassed in all my life. It really was awful. Don't think I will be risking it again. Half an hour later and my ears were still red and burning, but not sure if that was with the embarrassment or fuming. :mad:

How dare they treat a customer like that. When you are using coupons it is the same as using cash. The manufacturers who offer us these coupons as an incentive to purchase would be appalled at this (you were only using two of each!) They were treating you as if you were committing a crime and that it just appalling. Poor you standing there being humiliated in front of other customers. I would email HO - in writing always powerful. Pity you did not get their names to include in your email.
