Hmmm, definitely sounds like Coupon Printer is not communicating with the printer properly.:(

All I can suggest is the Java update, once that's installed, find the Java application in your App folder and either 1 or double click on it to open it. If it says you need to run/install something then do that also.

Other than that, not sure what to suggest.:(

Yes I find it too be two as well. Unless it is there own magazine coupon and it will take 5. Well it did for the cravendale and require assistance for number 6.

Just wanted to say thanks to Miss L and whoever else posted about the kids books managed to get some today from my local. They said they won't take the stickers off but he had set up an alert on system?!

Sounds like you are getting further than me

Bensonsmum loaded coupon printer via LoveBrands whihc then worked and let coupons be printed from SSM - I installed it from the lovebrands link and it didn't work for me :mad:

Off to bed now - heres to another bargain filled day tomorrow :beer:

I was having the exact same issue as you. I have played and played with the blummin thing until I can now get to print but it aborts it immediately.

The awful thing for you is that once you get past the 'need to install' barrier, there is another one awaiting you...... Filter failure!
