    So pleased you posted this:T:T I've been saving for ages in two big pots and just been thinking about cashing it in but to tight to pay the 7.5p commission(Think thats how much it is) at coinsavers.Going to do this and then just put the equivalent to one side in notes:)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Snap, I'm on fasting from 8pm tonight till tomorrow morning for blood tests:(Went to the doctors for something totally different and she started asking bits and pieces about family members, told her my dad had a heart attack at 49 and none of his uncles reached 40 due to bad hearts :(And thats it now I'm up for a major MOT!Better to be safe than sorry, Also got her to look at a strange mark thats appeared on my face which you don't usually notice because I wear makeup and she said its sun damage :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:But to keep an eye on it..

    I had exactly the same when I had to change Doctors when we moved house. We had to fill in a questionaire.
    There is chronic heart disease on my dad's side of the family too. My dad had his first heart attack when he was 40, his brother died in his 40's, both of my grandparents died young and my dad eventually had a triple bypass, yet still died of a heart attack in his 60's.
    My cholesterol was high when they tested it and apparently my bad cholesterol (as opposed to good??) was very high :eek:
    They gave me the heart diet to follow and my weight dropped right down, so mine is obviously down to my diet.
    I was supposed to go back at the beginning of the year for another MOT but as I'd put all the weight (and more besides) back on I've not gone :o:o

    I will do once I've shifted some more of it!

    As for sun damage, I'm probably the same as you, I've got liver spots appearing on my face now, which I'm pretty sure are sun related

    It's good that you're going though, best to get everything checked out so good luck!!!
    My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

    Yes, Alexanrdra? The Pink tribute singer. She was arrested and cautioned by police for hitting the cameraman.

    *** stranger alert*** :):D:)

    Hi, I know this is a kind of a private thread for a group of friends to post in, so sorry for muscling in. I just wanted to say that I came across your last thread when I put 'womble' into the search bar here and have been following for a few days, sorry, I know it seems like listening at keyholes! But I have had some brilliant help from your thread and...

    Hypothetically, now, if a person had, say, about 16 x 40p MOC for chocolate cheerios that she didn't want 'cos no-one here likes them, what might be a good way to 'recycle' them, would you know? :A

    Welcome :beer:
