Happened to me with the 1st order. Got the card, shower gel and a £12 manicure set nut the gift set not dispatched. They sent an email confirming it would not be inclued - OOS. Also saying would not be charged for it - it was FREEEE!

Oh well, the remaining 2 orders are complete on line and should be here today. Still well up, particularly if take back a gift set and exchange for smaller xmas presents - spread the luurrrvvve
