Posts: 3,426 Forumite
currently in Bromley, Kent
Rent = £650
CT = £101
Water = £23
TV = £12
Insurance = £8
Utilities = £50 ish
I can't see there being much of a change living on the south coast (worthing area)
Rents will be the same sort of price but will be for a bigger place.

We did the same many years ago but buying not renting. We lived in West Wickham and I worked in Bromley lol. We moved from a three bedroom semi to a large 3 bedroomed detached bungalow on a large plot bought for nearly 15% less than we sold our house for. This was Drayton near Portsmouth.
We later moved to Felpham which is quite near Worthing but nearer Bognor.0 -
yes Bognor seem to be cheapest place to live.0
