The cost of living on the south coast

currently in Bromley, Kent

Rent = £650
CT = £101
Water = £23
TV = £12
Insurance = £8
Utilities = £50 ish

I can't see there being much of a change living on the south coast (worthing area) :( Rents will be the same sort of price but will be for a bigger place.

    We did the same many years ago but buying not renting. We lived in West Wickham and I worked in Bromley lol. We moved from a three bedroom semi to a large 3 bedroomed detached bungalow on a large plot bought for nearly 15% less than we sold our house for. This was Drayton near Portsmouth.

    We later moved to Felpham which is quite near Worthing but nearer Bognor.

    Where will you work? If not locally, you might want to look at the train service
