No win no fee?

Not sure if this is the right place but are no win no fee solicitors genuine? I had a baby in December at one hospital but they didnt follow the advice of another hospital I was under and as a result I've been left with numerous problems and I can't have anymore children. I'm just wondering if I have a case so don't know where to start or who to go to. Thanks

Yes most are. I can't say too much on here as I don't want to contravene the rules about advertising, but I run a small business of this nature and it is true that most are on a no win no fee basis. If you are unsure of the firm, check it on the Ministery of Justice's website - they should be registered and listed there. Also, if you go ahead, you will get a CFA agreement to sign - the contract arrangements will be dealt with there. If you want further advice / information, feel free to send me a private message and I will try to answer your questions as best I can. However, I must advise you that medical negligence is one of the hardest types of claim and a lot of solicitors will not take them; however, there are some that will.
Sorry to hear of your problems and of your inability to have any more children. Since this is a life-changing thing, I would put in a claim if I were you.
Anyway, as I said, send me a pm if you want more advice.

Sorry to hear about your poor daughter - that's a horrific thing to go through. Unfortunately there is a 3 year limit on most claims (or 3 years after the client turns 21).0
