When I moved into my first flat at age 17, all my cash went on a deposit, I survived on instant mash and gravy granules for 3 weeks, I didn't have any pots either just a kettle. I craved fruit and veg, I remember the first thing I bought when I got paid was an apple, I was sure I was malnourished.0
