Unable to have more photo's taken?
How did you get to the church or registry office? The wedding actually happened though?
What happened exactly? Whose fault was the accident?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

You should speak to your solicitors for exact advice on how much you can claim back, I suspect the amount for the lost pictures won't be a massive amount but I might be wrong.
If you post on the Insurance thread of MSE, there are a few people who deal with motor claims on both sides who will be able to help but ultimately only your solicitors will know the full details so only they will know the exact amounts they can try and claim for0 -
So what injuries are you claiming for?
What are your actual loses?0 -
All losses must be provable, anything else won't be as clear cut.0

So the car was walloped on one side only.
Why could you not have had your extra photographs taken from the other side having given her a tissue?
Can't see this one flying TBH.

were you injured ????
if not why are you making a claim ??
oh I know why
where theres a blame there's a claim !!0 -
Wouldn't go through National Accident Helpline, they're just a company who are paid a fortune by your solicitors just for referring your case and not much else. Find another solicitor you can go to directly and get the referral fee yourself. Yes there are places that advertise e.g. £300 upfront just for instructing them.

LoL. Theres no solicitor on this planet that will touch this one with a bargepole unless its for a pile of money up front as its a total no hoper unless "emotional distress" is on the agenda which just smacks of the money grabbing compo culture that pervades our society today.Wouldn't go through National Accident Helpline, they're just a company who are paid a fortune by your solicitors just for referring your case and not much else.
